10 Focus
Used to focus in or out using a motorised lens.
Using Telemetry Cameras
When properly equipped, Telemetry cameras are controlled as follows:
1.
Press any camera
number button to
select a camera to be
controlled
The Monitor should now
be displaying the selected
camera.
2.
Press the
TELEMETRY button
on the unit.
The LED below the
button illuminates.
The Monitor displays a
flashing TEL indicator
3.
Press any of the
ARROW buttons on
the unit.
The Camera should
move in the direction
of the arrow button
pressed
Verify the movement on
the monitor.
4.
Press the ZOOM IN
or ZOOM OUT
buttons
The camera lens
should respond to the
command
Verify the movement on
the monitor.
5.
Press the FOCUS
NEAR or FOCUS
FAR buttons
The camera lens
should respond to the
command
Verify the movement on
the monitor.
6.
Press the LAMPS
button on the unit.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
illuminating the
camera lamps.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
7.
Press the LAMPS
button on the unit
again.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
extinguishing the
camera lamps.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
8.
Press the WASHER
button on the unit.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
activating the washer.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
9.
Press the WASHER
button on the unit
again.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
halting the washer.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
10.
Press the WIPER
button on the unit.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
activating the wiper.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
11.
Press the WIPER
button on the unit
again.
The telemetry receiver
should respond by
halting the wiper.
Verify the operation on the
monitor.
