Part of the updated Vip-Kit2 range, Vista

has introduced the VK2-Encoder with H.264

compression and Power over Ethernet (PoE).

The Encoder takes a standard analogue CCTV

camera signal and converts it to an IP stream to

allow it to be viewed anywhere on the network.

Feature rich, it offers PoE, audio in and out,

telemetry output and alarm inputs and outputs.

Being part of the Vip-Kit2 range, it is supplied with its

own free management software and is compatible

with Graphica2, the powerful enterprise-class video

management solution offering seamless integration

of analogue and digital technologies. PoE operation

allows power to be sent over Cat5 cable, allowing

existing cabling to be used rather than incurring the

added cost of extra cable installation.
